An eLearning Program for NYC Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Professionals
The New York City Administration for Children’s Services would like to ensure that children, young people, and families receive assistance addressing substance use related issues. Child welfare and juvenile justice professionals who participate in this eLearning course will increase their understanding of substance use, how to identify the signs and symptoms of various drugs that may be misused, and how to use this information to better assist families who may be affected by a substance use disorder.
This course is designed for direct service staff and supervisors in child welfare and juvenile justice.
