About Systems Support Office-Service Management Portal Training

This eLearning module will allow participants to practice using the Service Management Portal (SMP) to complete the Local Equivalent Department of Social Services (LE-DSS) 2921 application. Using case scenarios, participants will practice completing the LE-DSS 2921 and learn to identify when they need to complete the form, how to differentiate between an initial and update LE-DSS-2921 and how to utilize a mailbox request.

This course is designed for all ACS and Provider Agency staff.
