Building and Implementing Messaging Plans
This half-day workshop provides learners with guidance on how to effectively market their programs in order to build awareness and drive engagement. Learners will learn the elements of effective messaging, how to identify their target audience, how to integrate messaging into marketing plans and how to build messaging plans. Upon completion learners will be able to utilize their messaging plan to launch a campaign to successfully educate, inform and recruit targeted audience about their services.
This workshop is designed for supervisors and above (i.e. program directors, executive, HR administrators, quality assurance/improvement) from provider agencies and various ACS divisions (DPS, PPM, FPS, etc.)
• Understand the elements of effective messaging that help to promote programs and initiatives and launch a successful campaign.
• Learn how other agencies and organizations have applied this information successfully.
• Learn how to utilize this course information and tools to build their own messaging plans.
• Collaborate with other leaders to strategize how to implement plans.
Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete a half-day instructor led workshop. Learners will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of discussions, activities, and practice sessions throughout the half-day program.
