Building and Implementing Messaging Plans
This workshop underscores the value of strong brand recognition and the importance of marketing. Learners will learn the elements of effective messaging, how to identify their target audience, how to integrate messaging into marketing plans and how to build messaging plans. Upon completion learners will be able to utilize their messaging plan to launch a campaign to successfully educate, inform and recruit targeted audience about their services.
This workshop is designed for supervisors and above (i.e. program directors, executive, HR administrators, quality assurance/improvement) from provider agencies and various ACS divisions (DPS, PPM, FPS, etc.)
There are no prerequisites required to take this course.
Once enrolled in the course, learners will complete:
Learners will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of discussions, activities, and practice sessions throughout the half-day program.
