An eLearning Program
The Management Review Process eLearn is an opportunity for conference participants to get additional input from ACS and Provider Agency Administrative Staff on critical decisions. This eLearn describes decision-making in Family Team Conferences: circumstances and timing initiating a Management Review; who is involved and the discreet steps within the process. The program provides clarity about the facilitator’s role and identifies key skills to be applied in the multi-step review process.
This course is designed for FTC facilitators with ACS and provider agencies.
