A Learning Program for NYC Foster Care Professionals
This virtual course consists of one 2-hour Instructor-led virtual session. This course provides an overview of the Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC) intervention that is offered to children and families across NYC. Learners will understand the role of attachment and the impact of trauma (ACES) in the socio-emotional and cognitive development of infants and toddlers and explain the benefits of the ABC intervention to families while considering challenges they might present.
This course is for all direct service staff, supervisors, and managers within Foster Care.
