A Learning Program for NYC Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Professionals
The Advanced Coaching Program: Phase II—The Classroom Experience is an interactive experience that allows participants to watch videos that demonstrate best-case practice coaching scenarios. Through the use of videos, team and individual activities, discussions, games, and reflections; participants will review and reflect on Coaching scenarios and the skills demonstrated within them. Participants are further able to self-assess their understanding of the Coaching Skills and Coaching Process by answering a series of knowledge based and immersive questions. The 3-hour Instructor-led workshop is an alternative to the 2-hour Advanced Coaching Phase II: eLearning.
Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Supervisors and Managers who have attended the two-day Building Coaching Competency learning program, attended at least one Coaching Collaborative and completed all components of Advanced Coaching Program Phase I: Skill Refresher series.
