An eLearning Program for NYC Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Professionals
The Advanced Coaching Program: Phase II eLearning is an interactive experience that allows participants to watch videos that demonstrate best-case practice coaching scenarios. Participants are able to self-assess their understanding of the Coaching Skills and Coaching Process by answering a series of knowledge based and immersive questions. The 2-hour eLearning is self-paced which allows participants to review and reflect on the Coaching scenarios and the skills demonstrated within them.
Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Supervisors and Managers who have attended the two-day Building Coaching Competency learning program, attended at least one Coaching Collaborative and completed all components of Advanced Coaching Phase I: Skill Refresher series.
